Product Return Policy
We are confident in the quality of our products. However, if you are not satisfied for any reason, you can return your products under the following conditions:
You can return your products within 14 days of receipt.
Products must be in their original packaging and unused and/or unopened. The box and/or tube must be undamaged.
For returns, please first email info@yarenilac.com with your return request.
If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Products returned to us without a return request will not be accepted.
Return costs will be at your expense.
We will evaluate your return requests in accordance with the provisions of the Turkish Consumer Protection Law. Please include your invoice and delivery documents when returning your products to expedite the return process.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if it is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item. This will allow us to assess and correct the issue.
Exceptions/Non-Returnable Items
Certain product types cannot be returned, such as perishable items (e.g., food, flowers, or plants), specialty items (e.g., special orders or personalized items), and personal care items (e.g., beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. If you have any questions or concerns about a specific product, please contact us.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get the product you want is to return the product you already have and make a separate purchase for the new product once the return is accepted.
14-Day Cancellation Period in the European Union
Notwithstanding the above, if the product is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without providing any justification. As mentioned above, your product must be in the same condition as when it arrived: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You must also have a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you and let you know whether your refund request is approved. If your request is approved, a refund will automatically be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may also take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and issue the refund.
