Distance Selling Agreement
1. PARTIES
This Agreement is signed between the following parties under the terms and conditions set forth below.

By accepting this Agreement, the BUYER acknowledges that upon confirming the order, they will be obligated to pay the order price and any additional fees, such as shipping and taxes, and that they have been informed accordingly.
2. DEFINITIONS
In the application and interpretation of this Agreement, the terms below shall refer to the written explanations they contain.
• MINISTER: The Minister of Customs and Trade,

• LAW: Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection,
• REGULATION: The Regulation on Distance Contracts,
• SERVICE: Any consumer transaction other than the provision of goods made or promised for a fee or benefit,
• SELLER: A company that offers goods to consumers within the scope of its commercial or professional activities, or acts on behalf of or on behalf of those offering goods,
• BUYER: A natural or legal person who acquires, uses, or benefits from a good or service for commercial or non-commercial purposes,
• SITE: The SELLER's website,
• ORDERER: A natural or legal person who requests a good or service through the SELLER's website,
• PARTIES: SELLER and BUYER,
• CONTRACT: This agreement between the SELLER and BUYER,
• GOODS: The goods subject to the transaction Movable goods and software, audio, video, and similar intangible goods prepared for use in electronic media.

SUBJECT 3
This Agreement governs the rights and obligations of the parties in accordance with the provisions of Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Regulation on Distance Contracts, regarding the sale and delivery of the product, the specifications and sales price of which are specified below, which the BUYER ordered electronically through the SELLER's website.
The prices listed and announced on the website are the sales prices. The announced prices and promises are valid until updated or changed. Prices announced periodically are valid until the end of the specified period. 4. SELLER INFORMATION

7. PRODUCT/PRODUCTS INFORMATION SUBJECT TO THE CONTRACT
1. The basic characteristics of the goods/products/services (type, quantity, brand/model, color, number) are published on the SELLER's website. If the seller has organized a campaign, you can review the basic characteristics of the relevant product during the campaign period. They are valid until the campaign date.
7.2. Prices
The prices listed and announced on the website are the sales prices. Advertised prices and promises are valid until updated or changed. Temporarily announced prices are valid until the end of the specified period.
7.3. Taxes and Payments
The sales price of the goods or services covered by the contract, including all taxes, is shown below.

Invoice Delivery: The invoice will be delivered to the billing address along with the order during order delivery.
9. GENERAL PROVISIONS
9.1. Information and Acceptance
The BUYER acknowledges, declares, and undertakes to have read and been informed of the basic characteristics, sales price, payment method, and preliminary delivery information regarding the product subject to the contract on the SELLER's website, and to have provided the necessary electronic confirmation.
9.2. Delivery Time
Each product subject to the contract will be delivered within the period specified in the preliminary information section on the website, depending on the distance from the BUYER's residence, provided that it does not exceed the legal period of 30 days.
10. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
If the distance contract relates to the sale of goods, the BUYER may exercise the right to withdraw from the contract by rejecting the goods without giving any reason, provided that it notifies the SELLER, within 14 days from the date of delivery of the product to the BUYER or to the person/entity at the address provided. 11. PRODUCTS FOR WHICH THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL CANNOT BE EXERCISED
Products such as underwear, make-up products, and disposable products prepared at the BUYER's request or clearly in line with their personal needs are excluded from the right of withdrawal.

12. DEFAULT AND LEGAL CONSEQUENCES
The BUYER acknowledges, declares, and undertakes that, if the BUYER makes a payment by credit card and goes into default, he/she will pay interest and be liable to the bank within the framework of the credit card agreement between the cardholder and the bank.

13. AUTHORIZED COURT
Complaints and objections arising from this agreement shall be referred to the consumer problems arbitration committee or consumer court in the place where the consumer resides or where the consumer transaction was made.

14. ENFORCEMENT
BUYER is deemed to have accepted all the terms of this agreement upon payment of the order placed through the Site.
